RETURNS

All sales are final on all items in our shop. We do not accept returns or exchanges. We try our best to accurately display and describe each and every crystal through photos, or video and any live stream sales. There may be slight variances between how an item shows on the screen vs how it looks in person. 

However, we want all our crystal to be loved, and our clients happy. Please let us know if there is an issue and we would be happy to work with you on any concerns.
