We want to ensure you love your order so we take shipping seriously! Our goal is to make sure we provide the most affordable shipping options, keeping your crystals as safe as possible and using eco-friendly or recycled/reused materials. I occasionally will reuse bubble wrap that is in good condition from wholesallers in orders as well as eco friendly mailers, cardboard boxes, and honeycomb wrap. 

All orders are typically shipped within 2-5 business days.

Packages are shipped from within the US with USPS and include tracking. We may use other vendors as needed. 

We pack our crystals with the utmost care. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for items damaged, broken or delayed/lost/stolen due to USPS.
